Facilitated Stretch Therapy

Great for tight muscle with our Deep, Isolate, Active stretching guided by Aaron Matte's stretch technique.

When you are sore form your workouts and deep massages proved to be unbearable, this is the one for you.

Our therapists have at least 3 years experience in a stretch establishment and you will experience isolated stretching that is proven to improve flexibility, mobility and joint ROM.

Muscle Therapy

A specialised therapy for injury prevention and rehabilitation.

Our aim is to relieve pain, restoring balance to the musculoskeletal system and improve range of motion by integrating orthopaedic manual therapy, active isolated stretching, KT taping and neuromuscular reconditioning.

You will be assisted by our REHAB trainers, trained by sports physiotherapist that specialised in treating musculoskeletal conditions and injury prevention.

As the name indicates, this is centered around the use of heated cups that are placed on the body, and it's used for anything from recovery from workouts to pain alleviation.
